I've been on the hunt for something to remove cat hair from my carpet and stairs. The only instructions it came with was how to assemble the rake + handle. While it is nice, the sections would loosen it up as I tried it out. The metal pieces were not smooth and felt semi sharp edges. It didn't do anything to remove hair, I'm not sure what the squeegee side is supposed to do, but that didn't help either. This is the main reason I ordered this product.. 1 star for this one.The cat brush is the type where you press a button after you brush them, and it's easy to grab the hair. My cats didn't enjoy this one.The handheld hair remover was the best working one except I felt like I was going to tear up the carpet on the stairs. It didn't work as well on my couch. There are 2 sides, one collected hair to form into a ball, the other side traps hair in the silicone (not sure the material) part. (See pictures)For $19.99 I don't recommend it. It's cheaply made and the most important part for me didn't work. It's always nice to include instructions on what exactly each side does and how to use it so you don't accidentally destroy the carpet, couch, etc.

I got this to test and see how will it would pick up dog hair and my girlfriend's hair; pictures included to show how it worked after 5 minutes or so of using it in some different spots. It definitely picks up hair as well as loose carpet strings with pretty minimal effort. If it doesn't pick the hair up, it at least does a good job of sweeping the hair and piling it up on the ground somewhere, similar to sweeping dirt on a hard floor. You can get work done with it fairly quick. Although it works and feels study when assembled, I do question if it's any better then a decent vacuum which is why I give 4 stars. If you don't have a vacuum, this could certainly be a decent, cheap alternative but i don't think this is any sort of game changing, must-have item in the broom closet. The other included brushes are appreciated and seem to work well, and I liked that this product came with a hook to hang the broom. Overall, I think it is a good value and can be a good alternative to more expensive cleaning options. If you already have more expensive cleaning options, you probably won't get much use from this.

This rake works great on carpet and rugs and easily i was able to restore my entryway rug quickly before company arrived and could see the mess. The rake works great at removing hair and effortlessly picks up the hair and brings it into a nice little pile. The pet hair groomer works great too and easily removes hair from my dog so it can't get on the rug or carpet. The rake assembles very easily and basically works right out of the box after 30sec of assembly. Overall this is a great rake and worked great at making my rugs look valuable again and not like a hair mat. Highly recommended and good value.

The tall rake/carpet rake groomer is just loose in its channel. There are no end caps or screws holding it in place. You can't really use it like this, and I have to remove it to use the other carpet rake otherwise it just keeps falling out.

People who own pets know that sometimes vacuum cleaners simply don't pick up pet hair that may be embedded in carpets. The stairs are a particular problem for me. This pet hair rake is really impressive. It's about how much pet hair is actually embedded in the carpet is what I find gross. Now, I feel like my carpets are CLEAN! I like how I can adjust the length, also. I haven't figured out what the larger tines are for, perhaps just to fluff the carpet. Highly recommend!

So I first saw something similar on a Reel and was somewhat skeptical. I am now on convert!Firstly, in the box there is the main broom itself as well as a dog brush and a mini broom. I vacuumed the rug in my living room where my dogs love to hang out and then went over it with this broom. The amount of extra hair this picked up QUICKLY was phenomenal. I am now a convert and love this broom!The dog brush and hand broom. Dog brush works well and you can conveniently press the handle to punch the dog hair away from the bristles for easy cleanup. The small broom works great in my car so an added bonus!!!!Would definitely recommend!

For the price, this does not live up to expectations. The handle is very lightweight and flimsy, and the metal bristles were more like just a carpet rake. While it did pick up some hair, it doesn't seem as effective as a good vacuum carpet brush. I do really like the hair brush, with its one-button cleaning.
