This five-piece set offers a variety of tools for managing pet hair. The long and short handles provide options for different cleaning tasks, and the inclusion of lint rollers and a scraper seems comprehensive. The construction appears sturdy; the stainless steel poles suggest it should hold up over time. I tried using the main tool on a few rugs in different areas, but didn't manage to collect a significant amount of dog hair. It's difficult to say if this was due to the tool's effectiveness on my specific type of carpet or if the carpet's thickness prevented the hair from being released. I do appreciate the concept and the apparent quality of the materials.

While this pet hair removal rake looks like a solid option, it didn’t work as well as I hoped. The metal edge doesn’t grab pet hair as effectively as advertised, especially on textured carpets. My carpet has design lines with angled cuts where colors meet, and no matter how I tried, I couldn’t get the pet hair out of those areas. It might work better on simpler, flat carpets, but it struggled with more intricate textures. The overall construction is decent, but the performance fell short for me.

I have never owned a carpet rake before this one. I am really happy with this carpet rake. I have German Shepherds and bought a fluffy rug that my Dyson hasn't been able to pick up the hair easily with. So I got this rake and it was a struggle to get the hair up because it felt like a cheese grader gliding against bumps it did get the hair to the surface. I think it is that rug at this point. I have been using it on my other area rugs and oh my am I so excited and disgusted that I had that much hair I couldn't see on them. I have a robot vacuum and a Dyson after using them both this rake still pulled hair. I like how it pulls it up into a fluffy pile so it's easy to grab. I have been using the smaller ones for my couch and really like them as well.
