高さが低いのを探していたのでこれは良かった。　処理スピードも割と早いので多頭が飼いにも良い。　ただ、多頭飼いにも良いと宣伝してるのだから、一頭ずつの体重がわかる様にして欲しい。　他社にはそれがあるので、できない事はないはず。　そこまですれば、他社より良い品になる。　　一つ改良をしてほしいのは、清掃中の通知が何回も来る点。多すぎる。

It was easy to assemble and have a good construction. Have a good size, not too big nor too small. It's easy to clean. With the app "OMC pets" you can monitor how many times the box is used during the day. At now, I'm happy with it!

Love this litter box. It does so much. It makes your job so easy and keeps your cat cleaner. They don’t have to step in a dirty litter box ever. The noise it makes when in cleaning mode worried my cat at first (and he isn’t a scardy cat) but in about ten days, he got over it and finally abandoned his old one. This box is a good product, no problems and I would definitely buy it again.

So far this is working nicely. No errors due to litter falling in between the crack where my cat flings it out the opening. Old one would constantly stop due to litter falling there and activating sensors. The sensors on this one are placed differently and it does not stop the cleaning cycle. The pan is a little more shallow than our old one and it seems to fill up faster which is so far the one drawback I have found.

To start, this does exactly what it’s supposed to do but with one HORRIBLE design flaw which makes cleaning this that much worse.Here’s the design flaw. I wish I had pictures but I’ll do my best to explain. You have the outside portion (what you see) and then you have an internal portion (I’ll call this the “tumbler”) which is what rotates in order to sift the poop and move it to the waste basket. The waste basket is probably 8x10 and 2-3 inches tall (maybe). Maybe our cat just poops in the EXACT same spot each time or maybe the way the thing sifts and rotates places the poop in the same place each time, idk. What I do know is that after 3-4 poops you can have a small “mountain” of poop in the bin which isn’t even close to full. When the tumbler rotates it will grind against the peak of that little mountain of poop causing poop to get spread all around the outer portion of the tumbler. This outer portion of the internal tumbler I’m referring to is what is visible if you take the top off. The poop gets spread pretty homogenously around the entire external portion of the inner tumbler. If you take the top off and wipe down the poop that is visible you will only have access to wipe about 30-50% of the poop that is smeared on. In order to actually clean this you have to take the top off, empty the litter and then take the entire internal tumbler out and wipe the outside of the tumbler down. Well 409 and various other chemicals don’t quite cut through cat poo and litter so Ideally you’d take it outside and hose it down, but I had to take it into the bathtub and scrub it down fairly aggressively to get it clean. Secondly the little tray that goes attached to the entrance to collect litter doesn’t exactly lock into place well. I learned the hard way that if you have that little mountain of poo and you push that tray back into the machine (or your cat does) then it will also get covered in poo. That’s not horrible to clean but it’s pretty annoying.This design flaw is actually an easy fix for the designers.1) Make the wast bin deeper so that the inner ring won’t smear because it can’t touch the little poo mountain during rotation.2) Make the center of the waste bin have an apex in the center so that poo that lands in the center will fall to the sides of the waste bin and fill the bin more uniformly instead of in a mountain shape.Cons: Even when underfilled it tends to kick some litter out of the front when rotating. Simply due to the nature of the product (this is NOT the design flaw) it’s a PAIN to clean. Litter (pee not poop) can get stuck to the silicone/fabric bottom (which holds the litter) and it’s not really an easy task to get all the pieces unstuck from the bottom. It also has a “sifting” grate on the inside which just pops into place, and works great, and stays in place fine, maybe even too well. Getting a poop covered grate off to clean this is not a fun task at all. It would be much better with some sort of actual clip (a button of some sort) as opposed to just clicking in place and relying on the elasticity of the plastic to keep it held in place. You WILL get poop and/or litter on yourself trying to get that grate out.Pros: The app is pretty cool and is actually useful. It’s not much bigger than a standard covered litter box. With good litter (we found that is actually important) it does a fantastic job of reducing or completely eliminating smell. We lived in a small apartment with the box behind our couch. This was fantastic due to the almost completely eliminated smell, especially with fresh poops. The bags are easy to install, and easy to take out. It’s fairly easy to add litter. Disassembly and reassembly is fairly easy with exception of the aforementioned grate on the inside.Edit: Seller reached out and offered a refund. I didn’t ask or reach out. Idk and I don’t care to check but I believe in many months outside of the return/refund window. I’ll update with further information. I bumped my review from 2 stars to 4 because of this.

The automatic cat litter box is just what I needed. It took a while for the cat to get use to, for he always wanted to be curious when the cleaning cycle was running, but he is getting use to it. It is great to just have to empty the bottom bin every so often instead of sifting thru the litter. Saves time and money, I highly recommend this cat litter box.

My cat is simply fascinated with watching his leavings tumble down into the abyss. Like seriously, he runs to it the second he hears it start turning. I’m thankful for the sensors that pause the motor when it detects movement because sometimes he wants to investigate.This litter box is a total game-changer. I used to have to scoop every single day, and it still didn’t always smell great. Now I only have to empty it about once every four days, and there’s no smell at all! It’s super easy to use, my cat had no problem adjusting to it, and it’s just made life so much easier. I’ve been telling all my friends about this litter box because it’s seriously that good. If you’re thinking about getting one, do it — you won’t regret it!
