Replaced the broken bearings on my Dolphin Nautilus pool robot from 2016. I have had this robot for about 7.5yrs and it began struggling moving. The guide wheels seem of decent quality and fit perfectly with a pretty simple install. For the cost it does seem like this is a great value for the money spent and time will tell if they have the durability of the original parts.

Belts kept coming off. Put old ones back in and everything is great. I only needed to replace the guide wheels

These wheels are great replacements. Overtime the wheels get ruined or thin and need to be replaced. This is a great replacement if you know how to open and replace the wheel in the machine.

I recently purchased the Guide Wheels 4 Pack with 2 Pack Pulley Gears Replacement Parts (3884997-R6), and I have to say that I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Right out of the box, these fell apart with ball bearings going everywhere. I had no choice but to return them. However, I will commend the seller for making the return process hassle-free.When I received the package, I was initially hopeful that these replacement parts would solve the issue I was having with my pool robot. Gears were no better; they seemed fragile and lacked the durability required for proper functioning.The most frustrating part of this experience was that these parts fell apart almost immediately after I took them out of the box. It was clear that they were not even remotely suitable for the purpose they were designed for. This left me feeling like I had wasted both time and money on a product that simply couldn't meet its basic expectations.However, I must give credit where it's due. The one redeeming aspect of this ordeal was the hassle-free return process. The seller promptly accepted the return without any issues, and I received a refund without delay. It was a relief to encounter good customer service in the midst of such a disappointing product experience.

The guide wheels ID is too small to for the Dolphin Nautilus cc plus. I had to use a rubber mallet to tap on. Will be hell to get them off but I needed it working now.Additionally, one of the gear pulleys had the inside race and bearings separate from the pulled during install.Over my 4 years of owning the Dolphin nautilus cc plus I have replaced the pulleys many times. I know how to do it and how it should be. These are the worst pulley set I have used so far. I have very little expectations of them lasting g more than a week or two.
