The item was delivered wrapped in plastic on time and in what seemed to be good condition. After 45 minutes of removing the old part that was to be replaced I find the new part was a return from someone else. There was a broken bolt that was left in the new housing, grease and grime on the connectors and also damaged wires. It turns out this part does not fit my car (which was listed as a vehicle match) without a decent amount of effort. I had no choice as the old part was out on a Sunday and not able to get a replacement that day. I removed the broken bolt with a pair of vice grips but then found the wire harness was too short because the motors had a different orientation on the housing. It tried to change the mounting of the motor but then the holes didn't line up. I cut the harness off of the new part and replaced it with the harness from the old part. I had to zip tie the harness to the plastic frame because the previous person snapped off some of the wiring clips. At least it worked at the end of the day.
