The OEM incandescent lights were too dim, needed an LED upgrade.Installation was simple and straight-forward. Unclip old bulb from wiring harness, twist and remove. Insert new LED, twist to secure, attach wire harness clip and you're good to go.The little cooling fans look funny, but they are definitely needed as the bulbs heat up pretty quickly. Other models have some sort of external LED driver that makes the bulb bigger, but this one is basically the size of the OEM bulb.Recommended.

Not a bad set of LED bulbs. I did however switch back to regular bulbs. These are bright! But they don’t extend out very far past the front of the car. Making it harder to see things further out.

Replaced dull stock headlight bulbs in my son's 08 explorer, these lights are excellent, very bright and throw a nice beam pattern.
