Requires that you install some strange software. If you want to use this with a company computer, I’d look elsewhere. I doubt your IT department will approve installation of a software program that’s written in Chinese. I returned.

I bought this to use through a usb-c hub so I'd only have to plug one thing into my laptop to dock it. Initially, I thought it didn't work, but then I found that plugging it in directly (not through the hub) _did_ work...and so did plugging it into the usb-a 3.0 port in the hub.I downloaded the DisplayLink drivers from Synaptics and didn't need the software from Taiwan (though I only figured that out after installing and uninstalling it).

This worked perfectly with a Windows 11 laptop. There was no need to install drivers, and even though the screens were different brands, they worked as if they were the same. I don't need dual screen extensions daily, but this will stay in my laptop bag for travelling if I need to use them. This is a recommended product.

This device is compact and seems to be made with good quality materials. The capabilities aren’t amazing, but if they suit your needs then it functions perfectly well and seems decent value.As others have pointed out, make sure to read through the specs properly to understand what you’re getting. 4k@60hz is indeed possible when using a single output, but if you intend to use both outputs (as one would surely expect given the device is a dual splitter) each output is only capable of 4k@30hz. There are also some limitations on supporting multiple outputs when connected to certain inputs such as M1 and M2 based devices.As I say, just be sure to fully read the description and make sure it’s capable of doing what you require. For the intended use, it’s quick and simple, essentially plug-and-play (after selecting output setting). It’s small so very portable and great if you need to hook your phone up to an older screen, for example.The listing is clear enough as to it’s intended purpose, so for that I believe £15 is fine. If you require higher specifications than that though, I would look at devices offering improved capabilities.

Bought this for my home office, works great. Only complaint is that is does not work with my USB-C hub. Because of this I lose the thunderbolt port that I rely on for so much of my data transfers.

Al principio el hub trabajo adecuadamente, despues de una semana Al usar solo un puerto HDMI, el monitor tiende a reconectarse al hub, como si se conectará y desconectara el cable HDMI.
