Impossible to get the tape to cut. The plastic guard doesn't give at all. Tape never reaches the cutter. Sent it back

This Sealing Tape Dispenser is heavy duty indeed. Before my moving into my new home I got to know this Tape Dispenser quite well. I liked it before I used it & after using it I liked it even more. This thing is going to be around for a long time. It's comfortable and easy to use. I'm not boxing stuff up now so I put my roll of duct tape on it and use it that way. Works like a champ.very happy with it.
