There do the job and do it well, however I have gone through 2 of them in a short period of time. They are very fragile and not only does the casing break, the component connection snaps off with the slightest movement.

Product is very cheaply made, and there is a constant high pitched whistling noise at all times during use.No software adjustments help at all.Makes mic sound echoey and distorted.

The picture did not match the product. The pins did Not have the color labels. Both input and output pins where black. Took a few seconds to figure which was the sound output. Still have to try it on a linux machine.
