There was no nut to secure the base bolt in the package, but even when I got a bolt and tightened it, the model rattled around. Cheaply made, but accurate enough to use for basic anatomy review. Proportions seem accurate. Not something that you would use in a classroom or to demonstrate cervical spine things to a patient.

I have the full sized spine as well, so this one is nice to have with an isolated cervical spine in a handy size. It helps me explain problems to patients without having to pull out the life sized spine, which is incredibly awesome but also very heavy.
