Have to drill out holes and tap threads. the other one was fine. You would think they would inspect them before sellingI have been using them for good couple months they do work other then the issues

i want to like these as the price was awsome,,,,,the rear metal cover binds when u tighten it....so have to use the stock plastic one....kinda defeats the weight porpose i bought these for. but the bigest issue is none of your stock screws will fit.....they are all to long, and these run odd size m2.5.....my local hobby shop didnt have any that small. u need m2.5x6mm for the outer portal piece in a countersunk....i have had to order screws online so my truck is down for nearly 2 weeks now.....i want to luv these but the fact u need extra hard to find parts and half of the pieces dont fit well......u get what u pay for i guess...

These housings are a perfect fit. Had them on my crawler. For my crawler they where just a bit to heavy. Used the metal diff covers. Inside they come with a shifting fork for locking and unlocking diff.

Fantastic quality parts, compared to other brands that “look” the same, these have been far superior.Do note however that some screws will need to be shortened - mainly a few of the shock mounting screws.Also, have found that the included metal t-lock actuators bind. Using the stock plastic actuators in the diffs has proven far more reliable.I highly suggest lock tite as a must for all screws going into these axles as they WILL come loose eventually.
