I bought this when I was pregnant and I gained quite a bit of weight so I was worried it wouldn't hold up. But it did! It has awesome air retention, the material is thick and it's a great value for what your spending. If your a plus sized mama going through some pregnancy pains this is an easy to inflate durable ball. It does have a bit of a smell right out the package but it goes away fast.

This birthing ball came with all I needed to set it up. Simple enough for my husband to manage! The material is sturdy, clean and attractive. It was so inviting I had to hide it from my toddlers. Best tool for me to manage contraction pains and for support during the final phase of birth. I highly recommend.

The product itself looks to be great quality so far. Thick material with textured outer layer so no slipping. The pump can be a little frustrating as it disconnects very easily and takes a long time to pump up (~15min). The book that comes with this product is very helpful, breaking down some warm-ups and exercises by trimester.

I’ve been using this daily as my desk seat for work for over a month now. So I use it 6-8 hours a day and I am 3rd trimester around 275 lbs. It’s the 2nd ball I’ve tried and It’s holding up WAY nicer than my first one. Little to no leakage, inflation was easy (tho an air compressor makes it MUCH faster), the size is nice. I keep mine 65-75cm. The clips to remove the plug at every handy when I want to top it off. The book that came with it was great too with sitting positions, workout, pregnancy tips. Highly recommend this ball kit for expecting moms!

This is a great product, the ball helps a lot with back and hip pain from sitting at a desk. My only complaint is that the provided pimp is very weak. I had to use another one, because it would have taken me hours to pump the ball. Also, I wish the manufacturer would mention the appropriate size of the ball to a person's height and the right angle position for the knees. I am on a petite size (5 ft tall), and 65 cm way way too big for me, my feet would touch the floor on tip toes, making it too woobly and unsafe to exercise. I ended up deflating it to about 58 cm through trial and error, by looking on the angle of my knees when setting and making sure that my feet are flat in the ground.

easy to inflate, just follow the instructions. comes with a handy pregnancy book explaining different exercises to do with the birth ball according to different trimesters. also has good info regarding birth and nutrition in general.

My husband got me this ball because in the middle of the night I get back cramps and leg cramps due to being pregnant and I will get up and sit on the ball and sit on the ball throughout the day as well and it’s been very helpful for me. It also comes with a book that tells you exercises to do before during and after pregnancy so that’s really helpful and it also comes with a pump. I am a curvy woman and the ball is holding my weight very well. It also comes with a piece that will help you take out the plug so don’t use a knife like me it won’t work and you might pop your ball lol I tried and then I found the piece that I was supposed to use just in time.

Servizio impeccabile. Nonostante arrivasse da lontano, mi è stato consegnato con un giorno di anticipo.Sto soffrendo di dolori al nervo sciatico per via della gravidanza. E grazie a semplicissimi movimenti con la palla, il dolore si è alleviato. Ottimo il libricino presente all’interno della confezione e parallelamente il sito tradotto in italiano con annessi video degli esercizi.Consiglio vivamente.
