This back brace provides excellent posture support and helps relieve back strain. The adjustable straps ensure a snug yet comfortable fit, and it's discreet enough to wear under clothing. While it offers great support, it takes some time to get used to wearing it for long periods. Overall, a solid choice for posture correction and back pain relief!

This is really a good posture brace. It is well made and seems to be sturdy thus far. I wore it for two hours and it didn't seem uncomfortable at all. I got the XL size and it seems to fit well. I am 6ft 1 and weigh about 205lbs.

Very uncomfortable to use, doesn't hold well, doesn't fit properly. My husband only wore it once and refused to wear it.

It’s hard to get the Velcro straps to stay fastened when you put it on and nearly impossible to reach them behind your back after you have it on.

I dont have a bad back, but I dont want one either. This brace not only supports the mid core but with the shoulder straps distributes the the strain, so it allows you to do things without hurting anything.

Lasted just as long as the return policy ended then broke completely. Worked great at first but obviously the quality is lacking.
