It seemed to work but the straps are too short. I was not able to put it on or take it off by myself, so hubby needed to help. Because of this, I am returning it.

If your posture is affected due to carrying a bag for a long period of time this design will help with the shoulder rotation aspect of posture, not so much the spinal alignment. I can wear it for 3 to 4 hours before I need to take a break due to the straps feeling uncomfortable on my underarm. Great price for great results. Best case is you can get used to how good posture 'feels" mechanically so you can work at self correcting when you get a food understanding of where your shoulders should be

Very uncomfortable and I am a small person. It does not remind me to keep my back straight. Tight or a bit loose, neither way works. I know some of the reviewers found it helpful but this one gives one star.IMHO it is not worth the money.

My physical therapist recommended this product. It’s really working well. Compared to another brand I purchased, this one is super easy to put on and adjust. You put it on just like a backpack then adjust the straps which Velcro in place. The Velcro is thin but strong and the straps do not slide once placed. I find other products that have more than one part or pads that come on/off to be annoying - too many moving parts. This one is affordable. It’s also comfortable as a posture corrector can be. I have worn it over t-shirts and tank tops while sitting at my desk or watching TV or other slouch-inducing activities. It does not rub my skin or hurt.I guess if you’re above average in terms of height, weight, or chest width, or suffering from very low upper body and arm flexibility, I could understand how one might struggle a bit getting this on, but otherwise I disagree with the reviews stating it’s hard to get on or adjust. This was a breeze. I’m 5’5”.

This product works really good for my husband who is 6ft3, but for me 5ft3, on the other hand, not really. I constantly have to readjust it to make sure that it’s in correct position, because if it isn’t, then it’s not doing much for me. It’s a little bit bulky on me, so I definitely couldn’t wear it under regular clothes and have it be unnoticeable. I believe that if it had additional straps to keep in place, then it would be a lot better. I honestly was going to return it, but my husband wanted to keep it for himself. It wasn’t too expensive, so I didn’t mind it, however, I do not use it.

Bought this product based on description.Firstly one size does not fit all. If you are over 6 foot with a chest size over 42 it just wont fitSecondly, if you purchase this from the uk, the price doubles as you have to pay the purchase price again in tax which just isn’t made clear when purchasing.Amazon and this company misrepresented the product and purchase price.Don’t buy

The straps on this item are too short for bigger folks. I'm 6'0" and 190 lbs and not huge across the chest. When I put this on one of two things happen: either the strap comes undone and slips out of the holder (meaning I have to take it all off and re-insert the straps) or I have to really strain to reach around and get a hold of the strap and work to get it unattached from the velcro, which seems to be exacerbating the problem (upper back soreness) that I bought this thing for. If they made the straps just 4 or 5 inches longer it would probably be fine, and for smaller folks it probably is, but if you're medium or bigger it's going to be a stretch (literally) to get it on.
