EThis 10” bladed, short handled Bahco replaced my Craftsman 20+ year old shears. These are much lighter and, of course, much sharper right out of the box. I’m an old guy who still does his own yard work and these shears will ease the chore. I also bought 4 extra bump absorbers because I believe the “bounce” when operating the shears is a fatigue reliever. That is one reason I selected this model over other models and brands. The extra absorbers are in case the originals wear out, as this is the primary reason I had to replace my Craftsman shears.

I’m 5’3” 68yrs. and have always disliked trimming my bushes .Hedge Sheers for me are either too long too heavy and cumbersome ...but not theses. These are so light I can balance them on my little finger and sharp enough to cut through 1/2” diameter stems.The grips must absorb the impact from the heavy cutting cause my hands weren’t tired These are a must have especially for women. I love these and all my boxwood look fabulous...

Idéale pour la taille d'entretien des jeunes pousses sur les haies (cyprès). Coupe efficace et précise, légère et confortable à l'utilisation. Bonne inclinaison des poignées - très ergonomiques - par rapport aux lames. Permet également de couper des tiges de section plus importante, jusqu'à 7 ou 8 mm je dirais. Mais à partir de 4 ou 5 mm on sent que l'on sort de son domaine de prédilection, il faut prendre plus d'élan, forcer plus et utiliser uniquement la partie inférieure des lames. Dans ces conditions, mieux vaut lui préférer une cisaille plus polyvalente, telle que par exemple la Fiskars HS92 à double crémaillère , moins exclusive (mais un peu moins précise également).
