We purchased this heater on January 27, 2025.This heater worked fine on our patio. We were very pleased with the amount of heat it generated. We were looking forward to using it for quite along time, until today. We have left it out on the patio since we bought it, wind or rain. No problem. Today the wind blew it over. The cage broke off and the glass bulb shattered. If you think it’s going to be windy I suggest you bring it in.

The inner glass tube was broken. Waiting for a replacement. Will return it if I get another defective unit.

The heater produces excellent heat but will not turn off unless I unplug it. The indicator light shows that it is off but it is still on. Update: Today the heater would not turn on at all. Will contact the seller for a replacement. Very disappointed.
