This patio heater is fantastic! I acquired it for those cold nights on my deck, and it's been a lifesaver because it's been so cold lately. It's also quite simple to set up. This device was up and operating in no time at all. With the help of the remote control, I can change the temperature without getting out of my comfortable location.It emits the perfect amount of warmth, and I adore that I can use it both indoors and out. No matter where I need it, it's like having my own personal heat source. Additionally, the black complements my patio's design. Because of its solid design, I don't have to be concerned about it toppling over. Though it may not seem like much, the 900W power is surprisingly warm.

No fan in it, on-off, on means high heat-hmm.I have one in my garage along with an outdoor wall heater on #2 out of 3 levels of heat. Anything higher blows the electric circuit. Anything else added also blows electricity circuit. You decide.

With the recent cold weather this has been an absolute god send! We initially bought it to use on our patio for cooler evenings but we've actually been using it in the house as an additional heat source as we've found it to be much more effective than our fireplace. Its lightweight so we can easily move into position and it's small yet gives off 900W so definitely powerful. Since we've been using it in the house and I have pets and kids, I really like that it has an automatic shut ff feature if tipped / falls over, so this gives me huge peace of mind when using.

We bought this for use on our very small patio (that fits four seats set up in close proximity). While it gives off heat pretty quickly and is easily portable, I wouldn’t say that it heats up the area as it says. The four of us have to sit very close to it to actually stay fairly warm which is fine, but we were looking to not have to sit so bunched up and close to it.

No low and high power settings and a remote control as described. Heat diffuse and cannot be focused in a desired direction. Heat output seems low because I have to put my bare hand as close as 6 inches before I feel the heat using it on a patio with an outside temperature of -2 degrees Celsius with no wind.

As temps dip we bought two of these heaters and so far they are allowing us to stay out to have dinner in our backyard with minimal discomfort - they have gone through one rain night with no adverse effects. We chose the short heaters vs the taller ones because we are usually seated.

I bought this heater for my brother's new apartment as it is an older style home with an unreliable heating setup. He needed something for his living area who's is attached to the kitchen in an open concept. Decided on this unit as it pulls the powerful heating into the area quickly and from one central point which was his main concern. The unit is large enough to heat the general seating area well with a bit of overflow into the kitchen and hallway, but the main area around the unit remains toasty without feeling overbearing or having him have the need to run the entire HVAC unit for the whole apartment just to warm up one space. Not only will it save him money in the short run, especially with colder Winter months soon on their way, but it allows him to set this and forget it as it blows a steady flow of heat out controlled by the very simple designed unit and included remote control. Also, safety is a big concern for him, so we made sure to have a unit with overheat protection and e tip over switch that will turn off the unit in case it is knocked over and rests against any linen or persons nearby.

After using this heater for 3 months indoors only I have concluded that it is a complete waste of money.It does not heat the air,does not raise room temperature,there is no fan to blow so called heat your direction.There is no metal reflector shield in the back to bounce radiant heat back to you.A ceramic heater with a fan is far superior than this .A oil filled radiator with a fan is far superior.You have to be 3 feet next to it to feel any heat.Again the energy it consumes does not heat the room air it only heats objects in close proximity. A regular space heater warms the air and the person a few feet away.I am very disappointed with this heater .Dont even consider this heat output is terrible.Buy a ceramic heater instead.
