Daughter wears a women's size 6.5 and has normal but leaning toward wide width. These fit her right foot snugly and her left foot a little tighter. She decided not to use the left because she makes all her turns on the right. I recommend the maker of these have s, m and l to accommodate the range of feet.However, the one she used worked great, and she loved doing her ballet practice with it. She used it on wood and even on a low-pile rug. The quality seems good, too.I would say that depending on the width of a foot and the size it might run small for some. I can only speak for our experience with it.Recommended with the caution on the sizing.
