Works great as a counter top dispenser… but don’t even think of using it as hanging dispenser. The paper towel wouldn’t come out from the bottom! Too much friction between the paper and the wood. Paper would just crumble or tear. Sad.

Don’t buy this! It comes to pieces even before you install it! Value? This should be a dollar store item! Zero!

I am so glad that I bought this. I hung it in the wall right next to my bathroom sink with a waste paper basket next to the sink. It is very good for drying hands in a sanitary way instead of using a towel. Love the craftsmanship.

These are perfect to put in your guest bathroom when you host parties. My husband has a thing with using a hand towel that was used by anyone other than our family 😆. So I found this paper towel holder and it works perfect. My husband loved it when I gave it him for his birthday!And it even matched our bathroom cabinet color!

This product looks good. however, do not plan on pulling towels from the bottom. The cut out is there for the towels. however the poor design does not let the towels come thru smoothly. They have too much tension from the weight of the towels about the one you pull so they tear into pieces. I was using Scott towels/ I purchased 3 of them and had to replace them . I would suggest to keep looking

Have one of these at the office and thought I needed one at home too. Purchased the Towel Dispenser to put on the kitchen counter, along with a case of the towels. So much easier to pull a towel out of the top than trying to tear a paper towel off a roll and usually tearing it in half and not on the line. Comes with wall mount accessories, but I just sat mine on the counter top! Have had lots of compliments on it. The case of paper towel to fit this has saved me a lot of $$$$ as compared to rolls of paper towel. Available in different colors to match your cabinets. Highly recommend. Going to purchase one for the bathroom to for quick wipe ups!

We Installed it in Powder room.I ordered and am waiting on "Kleenex" brand hand towels, I read they dispense effortlessly, will update. Looks great. Product name stamp on the dark stained unit's side is not terrible, see pic. I suggest you drill the 3 trianglized mounting pilot holes all the way through unit from back perfectly centered on the keyhole slots mounting recesses, then level unit to wall and secure, or now easily mark your screw holes. If possible line up one side of dispensers mounting screws to stud. ,(screws upper, left, right, screw lower centered) you will need a right angle attachment for your screw gun/drill or a stubby screw driver to surface mount. -1 ☆ no mounting template.

Awesome. Matches my cabinets nicely. Good and sturdy so it doesn’t move when pulling towels out of it. Will hold ma y different sized bi or Tri fold towels including the nice soft embossed ones that we use for napkins (Georgia Pacific # 2344214 on Amazon).
