The towels seem like they don’t absorb much water, need to use multiple towels. The clear dispenser when full does not allow you to remove the towel without tearing. You have to push the stack of towels up from the bottom of the dispenser, that allows the towel to become wet and tear more easily. You shouldn’t just need to get used to it, but it wasn’t expensive.

Having read many, "Customer Reviews", before I purchased this item, I was well prepared to make a few changes. I purchased the small, "bumpers", which I attached immediately upon arrival, and are needed to add a little "air-space", between the open bottom, and the counter-top. I also inserted a,."protective piece" of clear, heavy plastic" on the bottom, before I placed the paper towels into the holder. I am, VERY PLEASED, with the results, and I am contemplating ordering, another one, for a second bathroom.

expensive for a plastic product however it is attractiveas one reviewer noted edges are sharp however easy to smooth with crystal nail filebe sure to attach 4 small plastic rounds it raises the holder if using on counter top

I bought this dispenser to use on my kitchen countertop. It's great because it has a flat bottom. It's also smaller than the other choice and fits trifold towels perfectly. It does have an opening on the bottom if you want to mount it to the wall. I have it next to the sink. To prevent water from seeping into the opening, I took clear packing tape and taped it to both sides of the opening. No leaks.

I purchased the dispenser to add a cleaner look to my guest bathroom and to provide my guest with a sanitized way to dry their hands. I did not want to mount the dispenser but place it on the countertop. The clear dispenser is perfect for the room décor and easy to refill. It is a sturdy clear plastic. I added Velcro to the bottom to keep it from slipping into the sink. Plan to purchase another one for the garage.

This item looks great on my counter. It is easy to fill and remove a towel. None of them get torn like towels in some dispensers with a spring. You can see exactly when it needs to be refilled. The bottom slot does not look like the picture on the box. I tried pulling a towel from the bottom and it works better than the long, narrow opening. I think it is a good improvement. I had a dispenser that had the long narrow opening and I always had to pull two or three times to get a paper towel. Often times it would tear.

it is quite functional. However the top corners are sharp and in order to avoid people cutting themselves, I smooth down the corners with a file. Also,it would be nice if they provided rubber pads to place at the bottom corners if the item is being used on a counter-top. This will elevate it enough so as to prevent the paper towels close to the bottom from coming in contact with moisture on the counter. I took the matter into my own hands, and purchased clear self-adhesive mounting pads from Home Depot. They are called "Clear Bumpers" made by Everbuilt. So with my smoothing the corners and attaching the "clear Bumper" rubber/vinyl pads to the bottom corners to provide elevation for counter-top placment, it turns this product from merely being functional, to being excellent.
