So I picked up these occlusion bands thinking I’d try something new to shake up arm day. First off, the materials are actually really great. The bands feel durable, the retention clips lock in well, and the straps don’t feel like they’re gonna snap mid-set.But man… actually using them? Not for me. Even with the extra width they advertised, these things are just uncomfortable. Felt like I was tourniqueting my arms before a blood draw. I get that’s kinda the point, but it made the whole workout feel like a struggle—in a bad way. Plus, there are all these warnings about possible injuries if you use them wrong. That’s not exactly motivating when you’re just trying to get a good pump in.If you’re deep into occlusion training and know exactly what you’re doing, maybe you’ll love these. But if you’re just a regular guy trying to sneak in some gains at the end of the day? I’d skip it. Not impressed.

Very new to BFR bands when training but as soon as i added these to my weight room days, my soreness was through the roof the next few days. As long as you don't over tighten them, eat your 1g/# of protein and get good sleep, your gains will go through the roof. Definitely will help break plateaus.

Bought these on an impulse and to intensity in my workouts. It has been excellent. The quality of the straps are excellent. The buckle doesn't slip. I can feel more intensity with each set. I'm glad and impressed I bought my wife a set. She enjoys it.

These BFR bands seem pretty solid and well made. They are thick and there are numbers on them, so you can easily remember your fittings. They have a firm stretch and are fastened by a plastic flip buckle. There are 2 arm bands and 2 huge leg bands. They also come with a warning sheet that should be read!I am no professional, but wanted to try these out because I saw other people training with them. I'm pretty sure I have a long way to go to see results, but I think they are a great value for the price.

When I was recovering from an injury, my PT used BFR to maximize muscle effort with less joint strain and I found it effective. However, I couldn’t do it at home. These bands let me get some of the same benefits on my own. Of course they are nothing like the professional equipment (in capability or cost) yet I find them very usable. The bands are strong, slightly stretchy material. Each has a simple compression clip mechanism. There are numbers on the strap so once you find the right setting it’s easy to remember the number for the next use. The leg bands are easier to set since you can use both hands; the arm bands take a lot more creativity. The package comes with an insert with warnings and limitations. I’d suggest doing BFR with a pro before trying it by yourself, and don’t push the limits. To summarize, these bands are made well enough and will help you with BFR weight training on your own for a reasonable price. They are not a substitute for professional (and very expensive) guidance. They are exactly what I expected.

I ordered these to try them out with my lifting routine. Using them for the first time, it took a bit to get the straps figured out and organized so they don't flop around. You can have pretty large muscles and these will still fit you! I have a long way to go until these would be too small. They worked fine, but they did tend to move on me, and it was kind of hard to strap these onto my arms with just one hand.

Had not heard of restrictive blood flow training until I saw these and did some research on it. Decided to try and so far am liking it. We shall see if over time it assists in muscle building with lower weight. I wanted to try these too as I can only lift so much as I workout alone in my basement with no spotters, so using these with the lower weights is safer for both me and my joints. The belt type latch holds strong throughout the workout with no slippage and it has another strap to secure the xtra length. Happy with them thus far.
