The bottom where it fills up with water broke open the first time using and now it’s garbage as it doesn’t hold the water and won’t spray out down the side , just makes a puddle of water …very disappointed

My area not ready for the product. You need GOOD pressure. My water pressure sucked so I got very little edge sprinkle. Also, my grass was lumpy and barren so I had to purposely find and flatten an area so the sliding would be smooth. There was no slope either so the kids had to run a good distance for the full slide effect. The water ran long enough to "pool" in areas for cushion before they used it. The hose plug connection leaked. Your play area and water pressure must be up to speed for this product's full effect. If you slope it downhill, they will fly right over the barrier into the grass which they seem to enjoy.

This was a gamble, and a disappointment, but not a total failure. There was a rip in it straight out of the box. Fixed it with duct tape. The picture on the box is very misleading - it makes you think there's water spraying from both sides, but it's only along one of the sides. Also, I don't know what kind of water pressure people have, but I just cannot get the water to squirt that high up, no matter what I do. So, it doesn't look like the picture at all. I've tried the slide both on level ground, and on a slope. Even on the slope, at the bottom of the slide where the pressure is highest, the little fountain squirts don't go all that high up. Also, it's very hard to keep them pointing inward towards the slide. There's no way to control the direction, you just have to manually rotate the yellow tube inwards every once in a while. I knew this from another, similar water toy we have - a mat that squirts water in a similar fashion along its perimeter, which also tends to spray outwards unless you keep adjusting the tube with the holes.Despite its downsides, problems and annoyances though, this slide has been entertaining the heck out of my homebound kids during this pandemic, and that's what counts. Us parents are having a blast with it, too. It's slippery both on level ground and on a slope, without lube or requiring somebody to wet it with a bucket (like somebody mentioned). It works well enough and provides lots of fun. The ridiculous price on Amazon is not justified, but I guess you gotta pay for the convenience.

Next time you want to charge $42.99 for a product make sure you take the $12.99 TJ Maxx sticker off of the box before you ship it. The quality of this product was garbage. It is supposed to be a 2 lane slip and slide but there are only sprinklers on one side and the sprinklers barely get halfway to the first lane. The sprinklers at the end of the slip and slide that are supposed to sprinkle in towards the slip and slide point in the opposite direction and theres no way to point them to where they are supposed to go. When I first hooked up the slide to the hose, water poured out of the back of hose connection and we had to add a washer to the hose connector just to get enough water to get the sprinklers to even work. I would NOT reccomend this product. I am extremely disappointed and will be requesting my money back.

Ignoring the garbage job of packaging and receiving a torn up box, I was excited to get my kids outside and using this thing. The water pressure inflates the bumper at the end and on the sides, and functions fine, although it would be helpful to have an opening at the end to drain the water. As it is, you have to drain everything from the same hole where you filled it, which takes awhile and you're never sure you've got all the water out. Anyway, it doesn't matter since one of the seams busted on the second round of "fun" on this thing. Duct tape can only do so much. Don't waste your money.

Got this hoping my son would have a good time with it. It seemed okay when it got here. I hooked it up. Made sure all the holes worked and were flowing water. Let it dry and packed it in the garage. He got here on Sunday the 17th of May. We've used it twice and right in the middle of using it the second time, a giant hole burst at the seam on the end that fills up and makes a puddle. The fun quickly ended as all of the water poured out and the slide no longer held pressure to spray the slide. Don't known if this seller offers replacements or refunds. So I guess there goes that...Edits for grammar. And the seller did refund my purchase. Thank you! Wish it had worked out better.

16' is a fairly short slide, but thats just the inner kid in me wanting more! However, my 6 and 8 year olds have a blast on it.
