This exhaust fan was very easy to install, has a nice and powerful motor to help evacuate the moisture and odors. This exhaust fan seems to be much quieter than the one that it is replacing. It has a very nice modern and stylish look. Over all this exhaust fan works well.

Bought 1 to test, it’s good and quiet. Very similar to more expensive brand I’ve bought in the past as others have stated. Buying a few more now for the rest of the house.

This is a nicely designed and built fan. The housing box is steel so you can mount it to the rafters and it measures about 7.5" with a slide in 4" exhaust port to connect a hose or fitting to.The cover pops on pretty easy and looks nice with no louvers to see since the intake ports are up close to the ceiling.I love how quiet it is! Seems like theyre making fans so much better these days.I put my amp clamp on it and its only pulling .2 amps running so not much draw at all.Pretty good fan for the money!

Love this fan, it is quiet - went up quiet easily. If you are installing from below - be aware that it does have 2 lips making it difficult to insert into ceiling. We bent them, then bent them back, or you could trim sheetrock. The fan is quiet and looks great. Love it.

This exhaust fan is only capable of attaching on one side and you cant turn it around to have the exhaust match up with the vent pipe. The overall footprint is about 1" shorter than the bathroom fan that I was replacing, but that wasn't a big deal. The big deal was this fans mounting brackets are on the East side, (right), and where you would attach the vent pipe is on the North side of the fan. Most homes vent pipes usually only go to where the current fans connection without a lot of wiggle room. The exhaust fan I was replacing was attached to the ceiling joist on the East side, (right), of the unit, but the fan exhaust/vent pipe attached to the South side of the housing. It's not like I could just turn this new fan around to use it, I would have to attach it to the other ceiling joist and cut a new hole in the drywall in order to do that, which of course it would no longer be over the toilet and then there would be a whole new issue of fixing the hole in the ceiling where the prior vent was.Fortunately I have attic access to make this nightmare changeout/install somewhat easier. How I worked around this was, (and still kept it in the prior fans location/footprint), by attaching 4" thin-walled PVC fittings to the exhaust portion of the fan and make a 'C' shape, then used about a foot of 4" straight pipe, (still thin-walled), then used a coupling to tie the PVC to the vent pipe. ~ I also added a price of 2'x4' across the joist to support the weight of the PVC.In the description of the fan its showing it vents to the South, but in one of the thumbnails, (that you have to click on the pics to see that as an image), it shows the vent portion on the North side, so there isn't any consistency in the images and was pretty much a crapshoot.Fortunately I was able to make this work for me, and I am happy with the look and sound of it. So far it seems like it is a 5-star product but I am deducting 1 star because of the installation nightmare, and another star because the plastic housing, (that holds the flap), was broken during shipping and I didn't realize it until I went to install it.Bottom line...Would I buy it again? Yes, if the vent was facing the way I needed.

This fan and it's enclosure are very well engineered with many options not found in less expensive fans. It is very quiet, well made and easy to install. I would highly recommend this fan.
