Of all the things I've added to our house to modernize it, and make it more efficient, I think this was the easiest install hands down. It's a straightforward 3 wire installation, and there's no need for the dedicated neutral, like some of the modern blowers require. It will wire straight into your regular switch. The light is nice and bright, and the tone isn't obnoxious or anything. The fan is high flow, but also pretty quiet. It looks great! Completely happy!

This fan is great in that it has a small footprint and is super light-weight. It is all plastic and while it works fine now I do have my doubts long-term. It moves air but I do not think it quite lives up to the 110cfm that it advertises. It is adequate for a small bathroom and the light is plenty bright.

So I got this new bathroom fan with a light. Installation’s a bit tricky, but once it’s up, it’s quiet and bright. Really keeps the steam from your shower from turning your bathroom into a sauna. Plus, the light’s just right for those no-makeup selfies. Just wish it had better instructions.

Just got this. Haven't installed yet so I have no idea how it will actually work but given that it was previously returned, I have my doubts. The product wasnt in the packaging. Bags were just balled up inside the box (that's how I know it was returned) there are NO installation instructions. Makes no sense how it is supposed to go in the ceiling?

Just didn't fit in the hole on the ceiling that I have. I'm sure it's a great product though.
