Those trash cans are pretty good size and useful. First first they are affordable with two of them together, and the size is good enough for the restroom and bedroom. It has motion sensor with the cans, it is easy to open with just gentle touch by foot. It is easy to use! Highly recommend it.

I ordered these this morning and they arrived within less than 12 hours. They look pretty good too, albeit a bit flimsy on close inspection. Whether I decide to keep or return these remains to be seen. I live alone, don't have kids, pets or even visitors, so these will not see heavy use. One will go next to the clothes dryer to deposit lint from the lint screen. However: they are so lightweight I can't imagine them lasting very long in a house with lots of traffic or anything substantial being constantly dropped in them. I'm afraid if I accidentally kick one or fall on it, it would snap. They're surprisingly small too. I was aware of the measurements, even pulled out two rulers to visualize the dimensions. I didn't account for the rim though, which decreases the inside opening by several inches. It helps if you're close and a good aim. The motion sensor works well enough. Although a number of reviews noted that they seemed to quickly go through batteries, I'm going to use them for a bit then decide whether I return them.

I purchased these for my parents for their bathrooms. They are just the right size for bathroom waste. It is nice to be able to deposit items in them without touching them and still standing upright. A person can wave their hand above it or tap it with their foot.

I like these little trash cans quite a bit, but I had intended to use them inside of a kitchen cabinet for trash and recycling. Apparently they don’t work in a shadowed space (my cabinets don’t have doors at the moment so are darker than the room, but not entirely dark). They seem to sense shadows/light rather than motion in the way a typical motion sensor does. So when I put them in the cabinet the sensor just keeps blinking and the lids won’t close. They work fine in a dark room, though. I’m planning to keep them and use them somewhere else until I get a door put on that cabinet. Other than that, they look nice, are a nice size and fit regular plastic bags from the grocery store, etc. I was hoping to save myself from purchasing trash bags in the future, so in that way, I think these would help save on adding more and more plastic to the landfills. I can use the few plastic bags I accumulate for lining these trash cans. They have an insert to help put in the bag so that it doesn’t have tails sticking out everywhere. So they look nice and tidy. They are small, but I don’t have a lot of trash piling up too quickly, so they are just right for me. They would also work well for a small compost bin, especially with the hands-free opening.

I have really enjoyed these in our water closet. I wanted a touch free option for nonflushable items. The motion sensor has the perfect amount of sensing, not opening randomly. It is made out of plastic and I wish it was a bit more sturdy but I just put some like a rock on the bottom.

These arrived stuck inside each other so tightly I am unable to remove them. Not a good way to ship it, I’ve tried water, tools, and everything to get them apart.
