Update - 2/9/2025 - company stood by their product and warranties the product. Very pleased.Connection didnt last a month. The issue seems to be in poor quality. Battery was fine, but no point if the section where the lightening cable plugs into is poorly built.

This product is for anyone that uses their phone for business or gaming to get that extra hour or two of battery life to complete any task at hand

Worked ok when I first received the case. After approximately 48 days it would not charge the battery inside the case.

I love this phone case for its ability to allow you to go well over 24 hours without needing to plug your phone into a charger. I have put this case to the test and because of that, I can definitely say that its capacity is awesome. I don't think I've ever completely drained both this case's battery and my phone's battery, even after using numerous battery-draining applications all day.It's a bit weighty, but it's not so heavy that it will cause discomfort when you're using or carrying your phone. On the plus side, the additional weight and bulk is distributed evenly across the entire back side of the case so it's not heavier on the bottom half of the phone like a number of other charging cases I've seen.I also appreciate the kickstand for so you don't have to hold your phone or find another way to balance or support it for hands-free viewing.That said, I purchased some transparent phone ring holders (https://a.co/d/1p2GLxK) the last time I purchased this case, which are an incredible addition for both lessening the feeling of the additional weight when holding my phone in this case and for extra support when using the kickstand, as I have the ring holders affixed to the center of the back side of the case.The case can definitely take a beating, which I can attest to because I have dropped it a gazillion times. My phone has been well-protected within the case every time it has fallen to the ground and it has had zero impact on the ability of the case to charge my phone.That said, I have the Belkin glass screen protector on my phone (purchased from the Apple Store - which was also a worthwhile investment because it comes with lifetime replacements when it's damaged). That screen protector has gotten damaged due to my phone being dropped in this case so often, so I don't know whether my phone's screen would have cracked from being dropped; therefore, I would absolutely recommend purchasing/using that or another screen protector.The ONLY downside of this case is the charging port. I absolutely LOVE this case for the reasons I previously mentioned, but I have just purchased it for the 4th time in the (almost) two years I've had my phone.It's super easy to pop your phone into the case and to remove your phone from it. However, from my experience, within about 3-4 months of using this case, it starts becoming more and more difficult to charge because something within the charging port gets loose, so it becomes increasingly difficult to get the lightning connector to make contact with the port. If you could get the cable to make contact within the port, it would still work great - it's just that eventually you can't get your cable to make that connection. To be clear: the issue I mention has nothing to do with the connection between the phone and the case; rather, it specifically relates to the connection point between the charging port for the case and where the cable connects to the port to charge the case.I obviously love the case, which is the only reason why I'm crazy enough to keep purchasing it, despite knowing that it has that fatal flaw. If it wasn't for that issue (which is significant, because this case isn't cheap!), I would give this case a perfect rating.I never write reviews on Amazon because I buy way too much stuff to review everything I've purchased, but I wanted to provide this review for anyone who is considering purchasing this case specifically because after having gone through three of the cases now, I can give an incredibly comprehensive overview of the product to help you determine whether purchasing it would be a worthwhile investment for you.

Worked well the first month and then suddenly stop working. I’m just outside the return window unfortunately, it could be that mine was faulty but we shall never know!

No matter what battery case you’re looking for they’re all garbage! Anyone like me that have an iPhone and has had an original apple Smart Battery Case will not be satisfied with none of these cases they have to offer . These case are not smart , they won’t charge your phone continuously, some of them you have to remove just to charge the case. Apple had a good thing going on and they ruined it , I mean I don’t mind MagSafe charging, but this MagSafe portable charging is stupid and unrealistic, you can’t have that on the back of your phone charging in your pocket, it looks stupid like you have your phone and cigarettes in the same pocket, and no I don’t smoke , but every review I read on this and all the others there’s some kind of problem or after two months the case stops working, makes you think all these case must be made at the same place.
