I recently ordered a different battery case for the 25 ultra and upon receiving it realized it wasn't going to work properly so I found this case which I had used previously for my 23 ultra. Right away I noticed issues that didn't happen with the previous zerolemon case such as one short press to turn on the case battery when the previous case made you hold for 3 seconds. This causes the case to charge the phone when you don't need it. Also the previous battery case allowed data and wired android auto use that this one doesn't. Horrible design and noticed the case after 6+ hour charge would not fully charge the case with the phone attached. I contacted zerolemon and let them know about all the issues and letting them know about the previous model case. Zerolemon said they would make note of what I said and to let them know if the replacement case is ordered fixed the issues. The replacement will finally allow the case to fully charge but when you unplug the charger the case battery will turn on. Definitely frustrating but unfortunately there aren't any batter cases available so I'm stuck using it.

So, i ordered the S25 Ultra case... They sent me the S24 ultra case....Luckily, I've been a Zerolemon Customer for 10 years now.....Still great Quality.

Battery is great. Never runs out of charge.2 small suggestions for ZL;1. Unplug battery/phone from charger...have battery default to OFF. NOT on. Annoying to be forced to turn battery off after unplugging it.2. Improve the volume buttons, both for tactile feel AND for usability. I am forced to press the buttons so hard to get functionality that my fingertips HURT after raising or lowering the phone volume.

While it does add some size to the phone, it’s surprisingly manageable for everyday use and doesn’t feel bulky in a way that gets in the way. One thing that really surprised me was how light it is — much lighter than I expected for a case with a built-in battery.The extended battery life is the standout feature here. After seeing the negative reviews for this I was hesitant to purchase it for myself but having used zero lemons stuff before I figured I'd give it a try. Purchased for s25 ultra, charged it fully and installed it. I have only had the phone for 2 days so my experience so far is limited. After using the phone all day i ran it down to 14 percent and charged it to 100 using 4,184 mah from the case to charge the phone the case still has 2 bars of battery left (this is by no means a scientific drawdown test as the measurements are via accubattery and i'm sure some of the charging is lost to screen on ect.) Will update upon further testing.

I just Love these Batteries. The cases are nearly indestructible and keep my phone safe. I never worry about having a cord with me to charge my phone.I have had one of these batteries for every one of my phones since my Samsung Note 4. I'm now on Notes 25, and I have my.new barrel as wellDavid

Was excited for the case, but after the fist charge was depleted, it will no longer charge while connected to the phone (only charges the phone). In order to charge the case I need to remove the phone, which is impractical, inconvenient, and unsustainable. If the case otherwise worked as planned, I would have given this a 5 star review. Tried calling the helpline offered but it was disconnected...Edit: A month later I am returning the case after a lengthy string of communication with the seller who insisted I needed an older cord to properly charge the case. Turns out, that since the company has decided to reuse their previous hardware to produce the new case, it is no longer compatible. The case charges with a much lower amperage than the phone, and therefore, would take a very long time to charge both the case and the phone, assuming you are not using it at all. Unfortunately there is no way to stop the though-charge feature either, so all power has to go through the battery each charge. Very disappointing when this could have been avoided easily by actually updating the hardware to match current power needs and secs of the s25 ultra.
