Not really a huge fan of this. They try to make it seem like it’s a larger lamp by the product pics but it’s not it’s still pretty small. Hangs a bit crooked, and then on and off switch is at the very top above the actual light. I’m hanging this in a gazebo so in order for me to turn it off and on ide have to get on a ladder to press the button, there no remote. I’m going to try to combat this by buying a dusk to dawn light bulb. But still sucks as I didn’t want this on constantly. All in all I should have bought a different light and may return this one.

This would be perfect if it were brighter and had rechargeable batteries...I guess you can put your own rechargeable batteries in it so scratch that part lol. It's not bright at all . I was wanting to light up my shed but it just gives off a slight glow and not much light really. It requires 4 AA batteries and how long it stays lite will all come down to the quality of your batteries. I put dollar store batteries and have had it on purposely for 2 days straight now so that I give 2 thumbs up to!!! Iike the look of it and the quality is very thick plastic even the light bulb is thick plastic so it will last for a long time. These are my honest opinions and all my pros and cons that I hope help someone !!! If u just want a dim light that is easy to hang and light weight that will last a long time then this is great but if u need to light up a room or shed then this isnt the best idea. May u have a wonderful day today and everyday after as well!!!

This battery operated outdoor hanging rattan light looks really nice on my screened-in porch. Now my ceiling is not very high so I can easily turn it off and on, but I have to say, the switch is at the top of the bulb thing and that does make it a little inconvenient. Better placement would make this five stars. Having said that, it is great for an outdoor space, takes four AA batteries and comes with a plastic light bulb. I think it adds the right kind of ambience to my tropical themed back porch and not to mention its great to have if the power goes out!

The product itself adds a cute look to my patio, only trouble I had was I put in batteries in, made sure it worked, hung it outside where it looked really cute, but when I went outside that night for the big reveal it didn’t come on :/ maybe I’m doing something wrong but I tried everything. I like how it came with a remote it’s made very well, but if I can’t get it to work then what good will it be.

It's only about as bright as the bulbs of the big string lights. Which means it's not going illuminate a porch but as decorative light in your yard it's amazing. It's simple looking and easy to hang. The chain it uses gives you a lot of options on how high or low you want it to be. The battery life is going to vary depending on the quality of batteries you use but the 6 hour timer mode helps to keep the battery life going when you forget to turn it off. It's a nice function to include.

I got this for our spa gazebo. It comes with plenty of chain to hang it several feet. Like most other lights, the chain can be cut to customize the height. The wicker shade is sturdy and the cable/fixture feel strong. The bulb itself is plastic, so no concern for it shattering. This is why I anticipated it being great for outside - no 120V concerns and no breakable glass.My immediate issue is activating it. I wish it had a remote! I know I could have anticipated this problem, but once it’s hung up, I can’t reach the power button above the shade. This is really inconvenient as I have to take it down (using a hook grabber), hit the power, then hand it back up each time. I’ll use it sporadically like this, but I’d use it almost daily if it had a remote.The shade hangs a bit crooked because it’s all so light. Gravity is not straightening things out.

This beautiful rattan chandelier is battery operated by using 4 AA batteries that are not included. With 6 Hours Timer-There are 2 lighting modes: constant lighting and 6 hours timing. The ON/OFF/Timer button is on the battery box. The outdoor chandelier is powered by 4 AA batteries (not included), no wiring is easy to install and operate. With Edison-style replaceable ABS bulbs. Designed mainly for decoration, not for illumination. The dimensions are 7.48"L x 7.48"W x 9.06"H. This can be hung inside or outside, and it is waterproof. I love the bohemian look of the light and that it does not require electricity. Great value !
