This is a great light to moderate duty weed whacker. It cuts a 11 in. path through the grass with the string and can cut through larger stuff with the 9” blade. The bump feeder works well and changing from the string to the blade is easy. I only use the wheels when using the machine as an edger and they work fine. It has two speeds for the motor which you might find useful. The extended run time speed does a pretty good job in light to moderate growth. I only use the high speed and if the battery runs down, I just put in the spare. The batteries are 20v 4Ah and charge in less than an hour. I ran the trimmer for about 20 min. straight on high in medium grass/weeds and it used about half the battery which I thought was pretty good.The trimmer is very well built given its limitations. The handle is three pieces that are held together with clamps. If you follow the directions, you can get them secure enough not to wobble. Since the head angle is adjustable there is a very slight wobble at that joint but it doesn’t affect the performance at all. It takes about 20-30 minutes to assemble if you try to use the printed directions. However, if you watch the 4:48 minute video in the listing it will save you 10 to 20 minutes since it’s a very good video and the printed directions aren’t. Everything goes together very well once you figure out where everything goes. I ended up with a few extra parts that I still don’t know where they go but they’re not mentioned in the video or the manual. Leave the wheels off unless you have a real need for them. It just adds weight at the wrong end of the trimmer. Overall it’s a good, well built weed whacker and I like the blade option. It can be dangerous using it but if you’re careful it will get the job done quickly in heavy weeds.

I have been looking for an affordable, cordless weed wacker and this seemed like it would fit the bill! Assembly time, for me who’s not very handy when it comes to putting things together, was just under 20 minutes. Directions were quite clear. Charging time was about an hour and I’m not sure how long that charge lasts while in use. I couldn’t find that information in the little brochure though I’d think it would be there somewhere. This tool looks sharp and professional and if it’d stop raining I could see how it works! The ground is already saturated and we’re expecting a nor’easter for the weekend 2 days away. As it stands, I’m happy with this, would purchase again. But I’ll have to wait to use it before I can make a confident recommendation.

Incredibly versatile and efficient weed/garden tool that takes on the capabilities of more than just a “weedwhacker”.Needed this for some quick projects of edging and weeding around my lawn and bulkhead area just before the steps down to beach.-Surprised at the included accessories and the capabilities of the whacker-The battery last long, but I’d definitely have chosen the two battery setup as it’s so versatile the tasks are never ending it can compete.-Overall build quality is far greater than expected and I’d actually consider getting a second one for our other home(s)It’s not a reinvention of the wheel but quite an improvement that I’m happy with the value, function, and quality.

This highly efficient, battery-powered 3-in-1 tool is an excellent addition for small lawn care. It arrived in a medium-sized box, and I was initially curious about how such a compact package contained a 3-in-1 battery-powered tool. Yes, some assembly is required, but all the necessary tools and instructions were included. Assembly was straightforward and highlighted the cleverness of the design.This 3-in-1 tool is impressive in both quality and functionality. It effectively serves as a weed eater, an edger, and a small mower ideal for tight spaces or small yards. The parts are easily interchangeable, and each performs admirably. The unit is quite powerful and even includes an extra battery.In my opinion, this is the standard all weed eaters should strive for. I have had no issues with this tool and have used it extensively. I cannot express enough positive feedback; I believe it offers exceptional value for its price.
