This smoke bag works great to my surprise i didn't expect it would work as well as it does. Using the bag you do not need to use foil or butcher paper. Great buy for the price.

I needed this and didn't know it until my husband showed me. I always prepare the meats in advance and leave them in the oven to keep them warm or try to keep them juicy. But with this bag the quality of the meat is incredible, it keeps it for much longer. The meat doesn't dry out, it stays warm long enough for me to get ready and wait for my guests to arrive! I have recommended it to many friends!

I love the size. Made brisket last night and then put it in. My meat stayed so moist. Kept it from drying out. I was amazed at the difference it made. So during the resting period you put it in and let it rest. Afterwards it was so easy to wash and store it. I took a picture of it on my stove so you could get an idea of the size.

The blanket I ordered (21 inches) is way bigger than I would ever need. That size is truly best suited for commercial/large family cookings than for a family of 3. It's not to say, it's not usefully. It's handles a couple of 6oz steaks just has well as a 8 Lb prime rib easily...Also, clean up is a breeze...Overall, I really like it, it sure beats my usual way of resting meat, out it the open!
