The original ones that came with my Nexgrill lasted over 2 years.But I was disappointed to see that these burners only lasted 6 months and are already crumbling down, the metal between the gas holes has lengthwise cracks already. Now I need to but new ones.I'll try a new brand or perhaps the original ones.

One of my burners completely burnt out so I decided to replace them all. Unfortunately, the screws holding the ignitors were over-tightened during assembly and wouldn't budge, so I had to remove and replace them as well. Happily, the replacement screws were much better quality and the ignitors and burners went in without a hitch. Just keep in mind the ignitor wires are all the same length so you'll need to reroute a couple of them that are closer to the spark module/ignitor button.

So the burner size was exact but the way the the electrode sits back on them wouldn't fit into my grill. I used a small drill bit to drill a small hole next to the holes where the burners sit so they would sit properly. After that, they worked beautifully.
