There is no Velcro or zipper, making these bags difficult to adequately rinse shells and/ or keep them stable during transport in a larger bag.

Used these for party favors for our dolphin loving daughter ! Did an ocean themed birthday party and I was able to fit a pair of kids sunglasses, a homemade play doh in a container, plus some ocean sticker sheets! Will be nice to try out at the beach as well for collecting shells! Seem sturdy and just simple, yet cute for kids.

My grandchildren loved these for collecting shells at the beach. The netting is strong enough to hold lots of treasures, but has wide enough netting to allow sand to fall through! Yay! Less sand to sweep in the condo!My Alaska grandchildren love to use these to collect rocks along the trails in the mountains.
