If I could give 2.5 stars, I would have. These are alright… but perhaps over priced for what they offer. Despite other reviews saying that they are quite smooth under load, the two that I purchased leave a little to be desired in that regard: they spin smoothly about 3/4 of the way around, and then they seem to get a little hung up as they complete the remainder of the rotation. I used these in the context of a workout machine to allow the cables rotation under load to preserve their life… they’ll do the job alright, but I’ll be looking for an alternative for next time. They also come with a green substance between the moving pieces which will need a cleaning; I am assuming it’s grease of some sort, but I’ve never seen it this colour.

I'm using it to hang a very heavy flower planter and it's working fine. I can now easily rotate my plant for even growth.
