Not very sturdy. Can't get suction cups to grip anything! Unless there is a solution for that it's worthless. Tried it on very low pile carpet and on hardwood floors. No go either way

While sturdy once assembled; the chair comes with the most horrible, incomprehensible instructions I have ever encountered. The pictures aren’t helpful, the directions for assembly are nonsensical, and the Allen wrench was LITERALLY falling apart while I was using it- as in metal shavings all over my bedroom floor. My husband needed the chair immediately post surgery or I would have returned it. The assembly was so challenging that I was ramming parts together and they still would one up. Find a different product.

The instructions included in the product are not the best. First of all, the images are not big enough to clarify where to place things and the text is also super small making it hard to read. Secondly, the images for the materials were wrong or we were sent the incorrect screws. The screws we received did not match the images, which made it confusing. Once we figured out how to actually put it together after taking it apart and placing it correctly the chair seems stable and easy to use for those who need it.

I tried to assemble this following the directions which said the two pipes with the legs had to be mounted to the seat. Then you had to install the two bars from the front legs to the back. After struggling an hour to get them to line up I had to try it a different way. What I did is I unscrewed everything from the seat. And I mounted the two bars first as you can see in the photo without the seat. Then I mounted the front bar and put in the two inner screws. Then I mounted the rear inner screws in the seat while pushing the bar into the seat. I then mounted the pail brackets, then the feet, the back, and the two arm rest. Total time for me to do it my way 30 minutes. I have to say it's very sturdy once assembled and I would highly recommend it but they have to change their instructions.

This product is sturdy and hopefully reliable. Putting it together is somewhat difficult if you try to follow the enclosed instructions. We ended up following the reviewer's instructions already posted with pictures and found it much easier. Also, the pictures of the screws don't match what they send and the instructions aren't clear on which screws to use where.Basically, put the side leg rails on first so the back and front supports are connected (use the long fully threaded screws--see previous reviewer's pics), and THEN attach the seat to the frame (use the shortest screws in the innermost holes). Use the longer screws to attach the bucket rails to the seat in the outermost holes. After that, just screw on the feet and attach to the legs, then snap in the seatback, and arms and slide in the bucket. It's also helpful to have your own allen wrench as the one they send is junk.
