Arrived a whole week early which was a huge blessing for my elderly mom on hospice care. Wish I’d purchased the Bemis riser with rails included to begin with, but worth every cent to add them on a week later. Rails are super easy to install and toilet seat still lifts up all the way for easy cleaning. So happy to have these rails!

This toilet seat is perfect if you need a bit of a lift!!!Sturdy, well made, attractive... and very helpful.At first I just bought the seat.Then ordered ARMS prior to hip replacement surgery.This one is the BEST!

I like everything about it. I can not find anything but good to say. Easy to sit and get up without falling to the side or off the seat. The arms stabilize my movements. Very safe for me to use the toilet now. My husband compared alot of seats. Found this to be the safest one for me and him. No more falling into the toilet seat. The height is perfect for ease and comfort and safety. Great buy. Worth every penny.

This is absolutely the best toilet riser! Very easy to assemble, It's very sturdy, so easy to clean compared to others. Just lift the seat up & clean like a regular toilet. Made from very good quality material & looks rich. It doesn't move at all when I sit on it. Great purchase!

At the time I purchased the seat, the support bars were additional / sold separately. My mother said no, she didn't want them (mainly, I think, because of the appearance). I wish that I had not listened to her. Wish I had gotten them sooner! These are excellent and very sturdy. The right tools are invaluable!Just bite the bullet, spend the money, and get this seat/handle combo. It's such good quality, nicer looking, and so much easier to clean, and not horrible for your company if they need to use it.Also, the bars are designed so that the toilet seat can still be lifted (for cleaning/standing use) and they fit nicely on each side of the tank.Additionally, should it ever be needed for any reason, when this seat is in the raised position, you can still place a traditional bedside commode over the toilet.

This is a great product. Prior to this, we had a medline toilet riser which I was not crazy about. The medline was too high at 5 inches. Individuals who around around 5ft 3inches and shorter would have their feet dangling. The bemis was just the perfect height and my 77 year mother's feet was not hanging high off the ground. I love it that you are able to lift up the toilet seat so it can be cleaned and male individuals could use the toilet.It was easy to install.

The cheaper toilet risers are bolted on, meaning that you cannot clean the area between where the porcelain bowl and the plastic riser touch. Do not think that a tight fit will keep debris, rust, scale and stains from finding their way in between. Life simply does not work that way. I removed an old one and was mortified at what had grown in between over the years. The cheap ones are also unattractive.The Bemis seat looks like it was made for the toilet. It's elegant looking, the handles work great and you can lift up the entire thing like an ordinary toilet seat. Once you sit on one of these you will know the difference and never want to go back.If you have an elderly parent who may have needed a toilet riser with handles temporarily and then ended up keeping it permanently, make the investment in one of these. You will be greatly rewarded in their Will.

I returned this item because it did not have a seat with it. I re-orded the entire unit for 149.95 but did not get my refund for the arm assemble return, It is well made and looks better then the one I was using. Installation is challenging for someone elderly. You have to use a wrench (included) to tighten the bolts with a lot of bending over. I do like the quality of the product. Where's my refund?

Vinieron los brasos de la taza, pero no acompañado por la silla, y extensiones. Pensamos que iba venir aparte lo demas de la taza, pero nunco aparecio. Devolvimos los brasos.
