Great clamps for 3/4" dog holes. Holds down wood to the bench very securely.

My clamps were too large to fit my 3/4 inch bench dog holes. I had to grind them down to fit.

It does what it says, it fits in a 3/4" bench dog hole, and firmly clamps an item to the top of the workbench. Good price for what it is, will be back for more.

The specs are good and it stays in a 3/4" bench hole well. The clamp (threaded post) turns easily and stays in place when you stop. The textured 3/4" post fit most workbenches with holes for bench dogs.I'm happy with the function and sturdiness of the clamp and will probably have to pick up a couple more.

Works great and easy to use. You can tighten up with a turn of knob instead of having to hit it with a hammer and the pad helps to keep from marring the wood.

I have a bunch of pallet boards for making a desk; most are flat, one is a bit warped but really needed. I'm this clamp (and a few others) for few days to flatten out this board. Then plane and joint everything and use biscuits to prevent the warp from returning. I can't believe how well this clamp holds. My initial plan was to make a single use jig, but after a few hours test it looks like I can solve this with dog hole clamps for a few days. A lot easier.

You can never have enough clamps when you are working on the table and I wanted something simple to pop in and hold my wood based on pressure, not by clamping from below the table which takes too long to assemble/re-assemble.I was excited about this unit - simple and at a good price. But what bothered me once I received it was that the tube that holds it was hollow. On top of that, it is threaded into the top unit. Given this is a pressure based clamp, it worries me that it will come apart or even crimp if pressured.Yes - it did work for light clamping and will serve it's intended purpose, but I am worried that it will not last all that long with regular use.
