This is a solid little piece of aluminum, and strong because of its triangular shape. It is easy to read, it is very affordable, and it is a great square, not warped at all.I have only used it as a throwing tool a few times, on paper targets. It is well balanced for throwing.

Ordered for my wood working projects and most recently my bird house and squirrel house builds. I was not the greatest using my circular saw to cut straight lines. This is very useful to help guide the saw during the cut paired with a small clamp to hold everything in place. I used it to measure out the 10 degree angle needed for the roof pieces to allow water to runoff. Used it for 45 degree angles as well. The white lettering on the black background makes see the measurement super easy for someone with aging eyesight. I would give it 10 stars if I could. There is no comparison to the quality and look of the finished product when using this square vs the mess I made trying to do it without it. Exactly what I needed!!

Good square for the price. Easy to read. My 30 year old Swanson one was thrown away accidentally. Actually it was a blessing in disguise as it was hard to read bc all of the markings were just pressed into the metal and I had to look kinda close to read it. Would buy again if I had to.
