Sorry, I couldn't resist. This thing did exactly what I ordered it for, the last owner had put on a taktok or tiktak or something and it had run its course. Wind noise was atrocious and it leaked like a sieve. I put this on by myself, would definitely recommend you have help. Took me about an hour to get the old one off and this one on. Wind noise is minimal, you're never going to get rid of all of it in a soft top, and there were no leaks in the Florida rain or the pressure washer after mud. I would recommend and I will buy again when needed, unless I get that Hardtop for Christmas that I asked Santa for.

So I was skeptical in buying a Bestop Sailcloth replacement top for my daughters jeep based on a few bad reviews about sagging and not fitting right. After some investigation and talking with many 4X4 shops which all said they mostly sell Bestop I decided to purchase it. We received the top, removed it from the box, stretched it out and let it set in the July Texas sun for 3 hours. We removed the old top and installed the new Bestop Sailcloth replacement top. The hardest part was getting the new top mounted in the header. After it was installed my daughter went for a ride and she came back amazed at how much quieter her Jeep was while driving down the road. My wife and daughter went to the riding around running errands and even my wife said the Jeep rode quieter and that the Jeep cooled off quicker inside with the AC. This Bestop Sailcloth top fits perfect with no sagging. We had and original top with original hardware so we reused all of the hardware. I am glad we purchased the Bestop.

I had a Bestop on my previous Jeep, so when it was time to order a new top for my '08 JK I knew what brand I wanted. Having a snug top with tinted windows and working zippers again is priceless. I didn't install it myself since I am recovering from two broken femurs. I took the top and my Jeep to a local vehicle upholstery shop to install. They had no issues installing it and said they install a lot of Bestop tops on Jeeps and said they are good tops. I highly recommend it!

The top looks great, except it is not a tight fit at all. Whenever it rains it feels like my roof is going to rip because it starts to cave in. The back pieces that hold the roof in place by the back window zippers are very loose. The top had no scratches and the windows look great! I had to go back and read if this was used or not because the inside of the roof looked somewhat dirty. It was an easy instillation, just wish it fit more snug.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my husband. We were both impressed with the overall quality of the product. Thick, sail cloth fabric. The product didn't come with instructions for installation, so we had to look them up online. After we found instructions, it only took us about an hour to install. Would definitely recommend this product.

This top has been wonderful! For me, it was difficult to install on the header and I had to view a couple You Tubes to understand how to get the corners to attach to the header. Once that part was done, the rest was straightforward. The top does not fit as tightly as I expected. The right rear rail flap, next to the zip out window usually slips out of the rail because it is not tight enough. For some reason, I don't have that issue on the driver side. I've just learned to ignore it. With it not being as tight, however, it makes the top so easy to put back up even when it is cool outside. I had a problem with the zipper on the rear window. There was a huge pucker that made it very difficult (almost impossible) to get the zipper around. I was so afraid that I would be asked to return the top to the place of purchase for a replacement. I contacted Bestop and after sending them a pic, they sent a new window, no questions asked nor did they ask me to return the defective window. Great folks. The top is holding up very well and I frequently take it down and put it up. The side windows fit very well with no wrinkles or puckers, but the same cannot be said for the rear window. On stock tops, the rear window is nice and flat, but on both of these Bestop rear windows, they are wavy or wrinkled. When you look at the sew job of the zipper, it is very poorly done on the rear windows which creates this problem and is what caused the first rear window to be unusable. This is why this top gets docked a star. But for the rear window issue, this is 5 stars.

The old top was 6 years old and starting to fall apart, leak and was sun baked from living out here close to the equator in Guam.The New one Fit Perfectly, easy to install and looks great. I believe it's a better product than what it has when it was brand new.
