I was skeptical buting a less than $40. carburator off Amazon, which was just a little more than a rebuild kit, BUT after reading the reviews I though it sounded positive and what would I lose, $40. Better than some of the $200 ones I saw listed before. Like the provious posters mentione, it bolted right in, there was a little issue with the tube coming out of the bowl kinking because it was hitting the intake tube coming out of the carb into the head of the engine. I think I can just take off the bowl and turn it 180 degrees and make the tube exit the front to solve that problem. Unlike the other posters, I did have to turn the idler screw a tiny bit, because left at an idle it would die. I did notice when turning the screw there was not much resistance, so it feels like the screw might turn on its own with engine vibration, maybe... After installing it, there was no leaking, which is why I bought it. The carb that cam with it would leak gas out of the overflow if the petcock valve was left on. Instead of rebuilding it, I got this replacement and it solved the problem. Had this been available before I rebuilt it last time it would have saved us a lot of aggrevatgion and frustration. Would buy again .... and again...

I have a 2003 KLX110 that wouldn’t idle or run at all without the choke on. This carburetor bolted right on, no adjustments needed and the bike runs like it’s brand new.

This carb prevented me from getting rid of a brand new KLX110L. My bike ran like doodoo from the factory. No matter what jet kits I put in the stock carb, it didn’t run right. Bigger or smaller jets, didn’t matter. Just progressively got worse.This carb fixed all that. Starts up great when cold. Better low end. Smoother mid range. This is a must have. What I cannot figure out is how it made the bike run perfectly out of the box. Forget that it has an adjustable air/fuel screw (unlike OEM). You probably won’t be touching it…

I was a little worried that I would have to adjust idle and WOT settings, but this carb bolted right on and idled perfectly, right out of the box on my KLX110. 10/10 for fit, finish and function.

Great carburetor, and a good deal. No issues with it but do yourself a favor and Google the video for adjusting it. On my KLX 110 is carburetor was very lean so I needed to Richen and it best I could with the adjustments.
