The rubber expansion tubes provided is a poor design--They do not secure the bidet to the ceramic body. Because of this flaw, the bidet is not functional and creates a water leakage unto the floor. I have contacted the seller for an alternative and I'm still waiting for a response.

Instructions kinda suck and the video kinda sucks. The parts dont really fit with your existing plumbing. But if you know how to problem solve its not that hard to figure it out. All you need is to plug off the water filter. After installed works like a charm, might need to reprogram the remote to work. (Directions in manual).Water is hot and seat gets hot. The nozzle works fine. Its just instructions and problem solving, not really too difficult if youre not retarded.

I am a big fan of Bidet Toilet seat and have installed Bio Bidet BB 2000 in my 2 bathrooms. It is similar to this product but a named brand and triple the price. On the other two bathrooms, I have manual bid installed. When I saw this, I thought of trying this out and replacing the manual bidet system.Installation - Installing this is not straightforward as the instructions are not written well. I am a very handy DIYer and have done a lot of plumbing work in my house including installing the other Bidet product. This was not a straightforward installation. After a few tries and going through few of the parts that I had, I was able to figure out what needed to be done. I am attaching a picture of what worked for me. Installing the seat on the toilet was a breeze though.Once the plumbing was done, the remote didn't work and added to the frustration. I checked with the inbuilt knob and it worked. So, realized the issue is with remote. I changed battery also but that didn't help. Finally I recognized that the remote is not connected to the main unit and need to be paired. The pairing instruction though was again incorrect. However, after few tries I was able to get it paired. What should have been less than an hour work , took me couple of hours.Once the installation was complete, I was very pleased with the performance. There are 3 level of temperature for seat, water and steam and can be adjusted easily with the remote. The flow of the water can also be adjusted. If your press the bidet button twice, the nozzle oscillates also. Cleaning is so easy with this. The features and quality is very similar to my other expensive bidet. I would have given 3 star for the installation hassle, however, I added an extra star for the features it offers and the value for money.

This is so extra and so unnecessary, We have a bidet in our other bathroom that is not electrical and works just fine, that said this is a great way to get some of those "Japanese toilet" features. Either way I recommend getting a bidet at least. If you have an outlet near your toilet and want the extra features this is a great pickup.

Our friends cannot stop talking about their bidet so we finally broke down and got this one for all of the features that it showed on the listing. It's all that it advertises and more! So thankful for the easy setup and immediate functionality. Love the heated option and that you can adjust the stream according to each person's needs. It's easy to use and built solid to hold the weight of each person in the family without a problem. So glad we took their recommendation!

This seat is nicely equipped for the price and I love the heating features and the form of the seat is comfortable. The installation is easy if you have any experience with plumbing at all. Make sure you have an accessible outlet because you will need it. We had one installed for our last bidet so this was a super simple install.

This came with "instructions" but they aren't very detailed and didnt come with everything needed to hook it up. Disappointed that we can't actually get it to work now.

We were genuinely excited to try this bidet and explore all the features highlighted in its description. For anyone familiar with bidets, you’ll know they’re not inexpensive, so having the chance to test this model, priced at $220 (although when we originally got it, it was fair market priced at $499, yikes!) through Vine programnbit felt like a great opportunity. Unfortunately, our excitement quickly turned into frustration. After installing the seat cover, we couldn’t progress any further due to the baffling and poorly supported installation process. The instructions provided were utterly useless, and to make matters worse, they contradicted the product images and video on the Amazon listing. Even after scouring the internet for guidance, we found no videos or resources to assist with the installation of this particular bidet. The biggest issue lies with the required three-way valve (or T-valve) mentioned in the instructions. This part is critical for connecting the water supply, yet it’s practically nonexistent. We searched high and low, from Ace Hardware to Home Depot and even online, but could not locate the specified valve. I even posted a question on Amazon and found that other customers were experiencing the same frustration—they were either struggling to connect the bidet or mystified by the elusive T-valve.The instructions add to the confusion, offering no clear explanation on how to install the three-way valve or connect it to the pre-filter. For those who might not want to use the pre-filter, there are no alternative installation guidelines provided. Instead of prioritizing clear, step-by-step installation instructions, the manual wastes 2–3 pages highlighting the controller and its functions—functions you can’t even use if the bidet isn’t installed! What’s most baffling is that the product seems to assume customers are willing to make significant modifications to their bathroom plumbing, such as replacing the angle valve or water supply valve, to accommodate this setup. If they weren’t going to provide the necessary adapter, they should have at least included a universal adapter compatible with standard U.S. water supply connections. In the end, this product is a complete disappointment. Unless you’re ready to deal with a mountain of frustration or have expertise in plumbing modifications, I’d strongly advise against purchasing this bidet. Save yourself the time and hassle—look for a better-designed option with proper installation support.
