Sturdy! Creaks a lot. I have tightened the screws, several times. Still creaks. It may be the centre post rubbing?

A large and very comfortable chair, the quality of the parts is excellent, but you will have to spend a little time with assembly

We have had the chair several months and it still looks and acts new. My father is 6’2”, 210. It is designed to hold much more weight, and is stable, the up and down function is easily adjusted, the width is nice for anyone, especially one on the plus side. It is attractive, a cross between old world and modern. It doesn’t hurt his lower back thanks to adjusting lumbar support. It’s tall enough that his head can fall back when he “naps “. No neck pain. The best part for him is the depth of the seat. It’s deep enough that it doesn’t press on the nerves that make the legs weak. At 90, being able to confidently get out of a chair is a game changer.

I love this chair. As an avid gamer, this is the best chair I’ve had. I can game all day without back and neck pain. Worth the $.

Very comfortable, although I wish the seat was higher(I'm 6'6"). Very easy to assemble. Spare hardware is included.

The chair is comfortable and easy to set up! And it's really good for larger people

It is a very good and comfortable chair. The only issue I have is with the arm rests. They are comfortable but are too high up. If they were adjustable up and down, it would not be an issue. So to make them at an optimal height I will need to add a pillow to sit on.

UPDATE: I was reached out to by the company within 24 hours of my initial review posting. They were incredibly kind and wanted to make things right, which I found very surprising, as my initial review was 3/5 stars and not 1/5. My wife and I bought this chair at the same time, and I could tell something was off when we noticed her chair did not have the same issues mine had. After walking me through troubleshooting the issues, the company was willing to replace the chair. I thoroughly appreciate this kind of customer service, which seems to be a rarity nowadays. The new chair is defiantly a 5 star. I also want to note that the company has not asked me to edit my review, I just want to give credit where it is clearly due.Assembly was rather straightforward, and the chair is pretty nice for the first few weeks. But then it's flaws start to show. I'm having random pops and wobbles, the caps covering bolt holes pop off randomly, the seat starts to list or tilt slightly, even with re-tightening, and I just had the back support adjustment nob slide off like butter. Overall, the chair is alright, but probably not one that'll last a long time.

I reluctantly replaced my trusty Staples office chair I had been using for seven years. It looked like it was a prop from a post apocalyptic movie but it was comfortable albeit starting to creak and lean a bit to the right. I was worried anything that I replaced it with I wouldn't like as much and since Staples no longer sold the same model I had, I decided to get a new one from Amazon. This chair had good overall reviews and a good price so I pulled the trigger. It's billed as a big and tall chair. I'm 6'2 and 245lbs so I'm probably on the lower end of this chair's main user base.Assembly was fairly simple, but one step, the part where you put the back onto the seat was a bit difficult with only one person. Ideally, building this chair should be a two person job. Getting things lined up properly before tightening the bolts is really important to get this done right. A few of the bolts were very tight to screw in, but with a bit of elbow grease they will go in and get easier once you get past a certain point. Just make sure everything is straight and lined up right before you go tightening things. Overall though, I'd say assembly was quite easy. When I first sat down I felt like the seat was almost too squishy and padded, but after about three or four days I got used to it and I assume it has kind of molded to my body a bit. After a few weeks now, I can say it is very comfortable and sturdy. I work from home so I'm sitting in this chair for 8-10 hours per day and I feel like it will last. The look and feel of the materials and the sturdiness of everything seems really high quality for the price. I'm really glad I pulled the trigger on this chair. Hopefully it will last a long time.
