I actually like this chair, it is easy to assemble, it’s lightweight, it’s comfortable, just wish that the arm rest will move, they are a little high for my body shape, I do not have a way to rest my arms, overall, I like it.

Received incomplete chairs! I was told I would receive the missing parts, now almost a month later I have received nothing! I am trying to arrange a return and refund, but am now seeing all the people with the same problem who are also not receiving refunds. I wish I had seen that sooner. Do not buy!

It looks nice and I had high hopes for this chair's comfort. I've had to add two 2" foam squares on top of the seat in order to make it comfortable enough to sit for more than 30mins and it never seems quiet level, always tilting to one side or the other. The seat is also just barely wide enough, with my legs rubbing the arms slightly, and I'm tall but not necessarily wide/large in the hip area. I've had the chair for about 6mo now and it's held up well with daily use just not as comfortable as I'd hoped it would be.
