Very good light very sturdy I think it's definitely worth the price the only thing is the port that fits around your handlebars they don't make them to laugh and if you constantly take it on and off eventually it's going to break it's going to tear so with that being said I will definitely recommend just not taking it off at all and just sliding the light it gives you the choice the side of the light on and off the attachment as well as move the light forward and backward that's good it's very sturdy I made it I've dropped it a few times and it's still holding up fine it doesn't mess up in the weather but it's a really good light

I've ordered BOTH variations of this light. They are VERY nice...for the money. It has a few flaws though. The most obvious one is that the bracket will not fit modern, 35mm tapered handlebarsLast night, I was on a downhill mountain bike ride and the light output DRAMATICALLY went down for a minute! I assume this was overheat protection, but the temperature was in the upper 50's, there was light rain, and I was going 15-20 mph so there was plenty of airflow. It shouldn't overheat in these conditions. Another small flaw is it makes a faint high-pitch tone in the lower light settings. You don't notice while riding, but I think it says something about the quality of the electronics. The mounts leave a bit to be desired, too. I don't think the battery mount will last very long. The handlebar clamp is very robust, but the adapter to attach it to the light looks a bit fragile, and it's proprietary and there are no spares. All that said, the light output is good, machining of the housing is very good, and the battery is HUGE. If this were a $250 light I'd give it 3 stars, but for $70 it's an amazing value. It's worth almost that much for the battery alone! I'd just make sure you have a spare light source on hand when on the trail.
