Bought this to replace the original remote that came with the BB2000. It's an exact match and works just as well. The original was white, this one is black but we can live with it. Less expensive here on Amazon than to buy from the OEM. No special installation necessary, other than to insert batteries.

No programming needed. The buttons fell out of my previous remote so ordered this replacement remote. Works perfectly!

We purchased this May 23, 2023 to replace the original unit which had stopped working. The stop button on this unit became loose and finally fell off. I super glued the button back on but now we must be very careful how we press this to operate the unit. While I seem to have mastered this technique my wife has not. I expect the button will fall off again very soon.UPDATE: I contacted the manufacturer (Bemis) and pleaded my case. They were quick to respond but after several exchanges the only thing they offered was for me to purchase a new remote at FULL PRICE. My defective remote was 14 months old, 2 months past warranty, citing company policy. I have declined their offer.We have model BB 2000 which was purchased July 2019. It has not been trouble free since we experienced a problem about 2 years ago when the water stopped. After disconnecting and reconnecting lines water flowed again. I have no idea what caused the problem. Prior to this unit we had a Toto unit that worked flawlessly for over 10 years. We will make due for now with no dryer function (remote needed). I suspect we will be replacing the BB 2000 in the very near future with Toto.

Screen came off - center....Then, 2,/3 quit completely....No customer contact.No desire or willpower whatsoever to make the situation right with the customer.Absolutely no contact from the company.Until this is resolved I have no desire to do business with this company again ever whatsoever....
