It’s been a dream come true with this purchase.It just great in every way the thing stays clean warm seat the soft light is easy on my eyes when waking up late night so I don’t have to have bright lights blasting in my eyes it’s a true pleasure and keeps my house cleaner.I love it when I buy a home I will have each bathroom fitted with a swan

This toilet is awful to clean! You can't get into the crevices. The toilet seat is too small for the bowl. I really regret buying this toilet.

This product was shipped right away. Easy to install and came in one piece. The company that sold the product had wonderful customer service and was very personable and gave me a direct number and helped me fix my concern right away. Looking to buy a couple more from my home.

We have not installed our toilet yet. I wanted to comment how accurately the estimated delivery time was.....exact. Our toilet was packaged simply yet having perfect protection for this "heavy" item. It did not have any damage whatsoever. I had some questions and on the first ring, was greeted by factory support when I called the provided number, who was extremely helpful. I want to make sure our installation goes without a hitch. So excited to get this hooked up!

I like the style and the fact that there is no "tank" taking up space. It's not easy to install with the flange bolts on the inside. I used two of the small WINBAG pump up air bags to slowly lower it into place while installing the wax ring.

I bought my girlfriend a swan toilet for Christmas and we're both absolutely thrilled! It's definitely a luxury item, and it's the only Christmas present we're still talking about. I wasn't sure how a toilet would go over as a gift, but we couldn't be happier!"

If you're looking for a bidet toilet you cannot get anything better than a Swan.I purchased my toilet in the early summer, and it arrived promptly. The packaging was excellent. The packaging was solid, and the toilet arrived in perfect condition. The instruction booklet and suggested video were extremely helpful. Not being very handy myself, and living in a rural area, I called a plumber for the installation. He installed the Swan in under one hour. Unfortunately, once the toilet was installed, there was an issue with the flushing mechanism. The plumber left and I had to call the Swan help desk. Ben, at the help desk, picked up the phone after two rings. He was in, California, spoke English without an accent and understood what I was saying to him. (I did not repeat everything I said.) He asked me to send the video and gave me the option of using WhatsApp, which I did. Ben and uh I spoke multiple times over the next few weeks, and he had several suggestions. I called my plumber who came and made the adjustments adjustment, because I have low pressure in my home, this was not much help. Ben suggested that we could try to change the computer board, and this may fix the problem. Ben sent me a new computer board which arrived 3 – 4 days later. The plumber came again and following the instructions in the manual, installed the new board. This did not resolve the flushing problem. I called Ben while my plumber was there. Ben suggested that he conference us, using a video call, with his expert plumber who has installed hundreds of these toilets. The two plumbers, using video chat, went over the entire installation and problems. They both agreed that the problem was not with the toilet but rather low pressure in the house. My plumber explained that to increase the pressure he would have to run new pipes and make alterations which would have been extremely expensive. At this point I decided, because of the cost I would not call ahead with changing the plumbing in the house.Speaking to Ben again and explaining the situation he immediately offered to send me a full refund. Then on multiple occasions stated, “the most important thing for Swan is that we have a satisfied and happy customer.” He told me that the return rate is less than 0.1%. They reassured me that a full refund would be credited to my account in 7 – 10 days.They went above and beyond what most companies would do. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars; these guys are absolute superstars. I have never come across a company with such outstanding service.
