For the price I paid for what they are, they are okay. But they could get better. I wish the pins are more polished than what they sent me. They are cheap so I will not return and will just use them for other purposes - not for the project I was thinking.

Easy open & close coil less safety pins are nice as stitch markers for tatting or crochet. Black is a coating that can be scraped off, but not easily. Good product.

I love these little guys. They are of decent quality, but just my own little gripe is that the tip is too sharp. Of course, I am not using them for anything where a sharp tip is needed, so it's just my clumsiness that's making me stab myself and then whine about it. I use them for all sorts of things, so a huge pack like this is great. I use them for stitch markers and attaching tags to items, primarily. I do wish they were a tad bigger, but the size is clearly listed and I ordered them anyway because of the value. Highly recommend!
