The collar will work for about 15 minutes, then it stops working. Attempts to shut it off cause a blinking light indicating it needs charging. Upon charging, the light blinks indicating it is charging for about 5 to 15 minutes, then the light glows solid and stays on. The collar will then only work for 5 to 15 minutes and once again stop, and indicate it needs a charge. I have left it on the charge for 24 hours to no avail. There is a "problems" card and phone number indicating a 30 second response time available 24/7. Upon calling, it was not in service and email was recommended by a recording. It has been 4 days since I emailed. I never received a response. I wonder if this company is still in business.
