The helmet and gloves work well but the feet were very difficult for my 8yo to get on, I also had a really time getting them on his feet. On the 5th or 6th use the back heel ripped in half all together.

AWESOME customer service!!!!! Do not purchase gear from any one else. Never seen such patience and professional dialog while trying to keep this undecided customer happy. I wish all companies treated their customers this way. I WOULD give THEM more stars if I could....quality was beyond the descriptions and pictures.
