I initially received this item with missing parts, bottom screws and a driver, but the support provided me with a replacement. Finally, I was able to install it and it is working great.

I have installed this product because my last one has been stolen. Honestly, all i can said it does put another layer protection for the camera. But it still can be stolen , it just need more time and difficult to do it. It won't be like last time snap to go.

The idea is great but the hole in the back did not match my Blink doorbell.

It's solid metal so it will be very hard to steal. Would have given five stars, but there was no pre-drilled hole for electrical wires to connect directly to traditional doorbell chime. However, I put the back plate on the drill press and took care of that design oversight. Also, the mounting screws that come with this are way too short. Bought 3.5 inch long screws from the hardware store. Only Superman could now rip this out!

This is a secure metal mount/case that the camera goes into. Installation was fairly easy with everything needed in the box.It should protect the camera from basic vandalism or theft.
