This pan is NOT Induction compatible!!! What a waste. We own the 8” version and it works perfectly with our induction range. I even tried to stick a magnet to it and nothing. False advertising for sure.

Good design and well made. But, But it is not a non-stick. Bought it to fry eggs and it did not perform at all. If non-stick is important don't buy. If it isn't then it's a good skillet. My view of non-sick is I don't need PAM or Olive OIL to fry an egg. It would be a 5 if it really wasn0n-stick.

I really did order this in order to easily cook a single fried egg (to top off another dish) so that's the first thing I did when I got it. I had to use the back burner normally for simmering because it's the smallest burner on my stove. Worked perfectly. Easiest fried egg I've ever made. Completely nonstick. Stayed nice and round too. Plus the pan is really cute. It seems toylike but it's completely functional.

This is big enough for 1 egg. I actually thought it was bigger but it has proved to be very handy. A quick oil spray and the egg slides out easily when coiked

I have bought many small pans for my one egg or one sausage breakfast, from Amazon and other stores, but none have been such high quality as this one. It washes well in the dish washer if nothing is allowed to scrape the inside. I have had it since January and use it 2-3 times a week. Not a scratch or burned egg yet. Other pans were so thin eggs burned. They rusted, warped, and they all had to be hand washed. They didn’t have an insulated handle. Anyway, I’m totally pleased and will buy another for our vacation home.

The small pan is quite good for small item frying or pancakes. It makes your breakfast faster and the nonstick really helps. Its a great value for money item. Its worth having in your kitchen.

This 'little frying pan' has been a fantastic addition to our kitchen. It is perfect for frying eggs to use with a breakfast sandwich. No sticking, cooks evenly, and easy to clean. It just does its job very well.My wife is so enamored with the versatility of this item that we have already purchased several as gifts to relatives and friends.This is a highly recommended product.

I use this almost every day for a single egg to make an egg english muffin sandwich. It is incredibly easy to clean and hangs on a little nail next to my stove. My dd has started using it almost as often. I like the texture of eggs cooked this way so much better than the ones the rest of my family makes in the microwave and the size of the egg is perfect for bread (a little big for english muffins, but I am definitely not complaining). I LOVE this little pan.

I'm kinda a fry pan nut. Have the green one, red one, copper ones, and the granite one...These are the best!! Also have 2 larger Blue Diamond pans, I might toss all the others. This baby one is perfect for one sunny side up or two scrambled eggs, hamburger, fried bologna, and even a trimmed grilled cheese. The bigger pans are great. Can honestly clean them with a paper towel....NOTHING STICKS!! No pretreating/seasoning..I just use a touch of butter or coconut oil [habit], stuff slides right out. The baby can't go in the oven [handle] but the larger ones can. Highly recommend... PLUS...EVERY negative review about this pan centers on TWO things - too small and egg sticks. If you read the ENTIRE product description, it SAYS it's a MINI egg pan [hint, MINI means VERY small - 5"] and it recommends using a few drops of oil or butter when cooking. Who DOESN'T use a touch of butter or oil when cooking an egg? I bought this and LOVE it, gave it a 5* rating! Yes, it's only 5", great for one egg - 2 if scrambled, 1 hamburger, a "trimmed" grilled cheese, fried bologna, small piece of chicken, and anything else that will fit. These Blue Diamond pans are GREAT!!
